*every 3min complete:
2x body over 48” box *Increase by 2x reps*

Flow:

The work begins on your machine, again, ski erg is the encouraged machine of choice if you have the option. After the completion of 60 calories you will move on to the 100m dual kettlebell front rack carry. Every 3 minutes on the 3-minutes you’ll complete 2x body over box, increasing reps by 2x each time you get back to body over box. After you complete your set of body over box, continue on with your effort from where ever you left off. The workout is completed when you finish the 20m carry.
