We haven’t had a good team session in a while, but I really wanted to be able to feel the constraints by loading up each individual with some high-volume, intense movement, and then see how the teams worked out when fatigued. I find team sessions are good for peak intensity but sometimes they are easy to game. This should challenge that notion.

For time, in teams of three

As individuals each player must complete each:

30x Body and Ball over Box @ 80/60lbs and 48”

30x Burpee over Bench (must clear to count rep)

30x wall balls

then as a team

400m run

into

5km Row*

3km Ski*

8km Bike Erg*

*player must do 5c push-ups for every transition

Flow:

At the start of go, each player must complete all 90 reps of each of the movements. There is only one implement per team, so bottle necks and sharing equipment will be key to strategy. Once all players are done, they can all run 400m. After all players return they start on the 5km Row, switching however they choose but paying for their transition with 5x push-ups. After the completion of the row, they will complete the 3km Ski, and then the 8 km bike.
