Ep. 151 Drew Manning

Drew Manning is a NYT best selling author, Coach, and Keto advocate. He first gathered attention in 2011 by purposefully gaining 72lbs of body fat and allowed the world to witness his ability to get back to a fit and lean state. Through that journey he discovered the power of empathy as a coaching tool that changed the way he saw his clients and the obesity epidemic. In 2020, at the dawn of turning 40, Drew decided to make the journey once more by gaining as much weight in body fat as he could in 4-months—during a pandemic nonetheless. He joins Mark, Michael, and Erin as he begins his way back to fit after gaining 62lbs of body fat
