The Space Program is designed to teach you how to train yourself. Whether you want to gain strength, power, mobility, or endurance the program teaches the fundamentals of fitness but with the added benefit of keeping training interesting so that it is not just another “6-week spreadsheet” that leaves you no better than you started.

We think differently about training. We are in pursuit of something that is hard to understand with just words but can be realized and felt through action. Our training principles foster a deep sense of self-knowledge. Each coach that contributes has their own way and style, but all are centered around engaging the mind and bettering the spirit through hard effort.

This is a creative training program. It is designed to explore physical training methods that keep us practitioners interested and motivated to push boundaries for a lifetime. There are over 1000 creative and unique sessions that can change the way you think about training. Multiple progressions from strength to capacity teach you the foundation for progress. Thousands of photos, videos, and lectures give you real insight from some of the best coaches in the world. Whether you are a beginner or an advanced athlete or coach, the Space Program has something to offer.

Training sessions are categorized by the primary system that they affect and the structure they follow. You can search sessions based on author, style, or difficulty. Training can be followed by the day or at random; there is NO progressive design that must be followed. Choose your session based on what looks fun, and challenging, or just pick randomly and feel free to modify as you see fit. Remember the intention is to be creative and inspire new ways of training.
